These are my full terms & conditions and should be read carefully and completely before emailing your "Booking" to me, as emailing your "Booking" to me means that you have read and accept them all.
How to Book:
Bookings are only accepted by email, please provide all of the following information:
If you are booking to attend the 2 Day First Aid at Work Renewal course You must attach a copy of your current in-date certificate "When Booking".
Sorry no certificate - No Booking
If you are booking "Blended Courses" You must supply the email addresses for everyone attending now.
The invoice has to be paid in order to be able to receive the email invite to start/complete the E-Learning session, the first part of the course.

Once I have received your "Email", If you have supplied the info I need:
It is the person who booked the course who is responsible for checking that the booking confirmation is correct, if there are any errors they must notify me immediately by email so that any error's are corrected.
You have now made a contractual commitment with Ashford First Aid Training Ltd.
The full amount of your invoice has to be paid at this time, my bank details are on your invoice, payment is by Bacs/ Bank Transfer only.
Sorry I do not take Credit/Debit cards
Your booking is now complete.
I reserve to right to charge a late payment fee of £30 if I have to chase you for your payment.
Failure to pay:
All debts will be legally pursued
I use debt collects companies if necessary, this may incur added fees and interest to be added to the debt.
Transferring your booking:
I respect that circumstances can change, if you would like to transfer on to the same course but on a future date:
You have to have paid the your original course invoice
By providing more than 2 weeks notice by email before the course start date: its free.
By providing less than 2 weeks notice by email before the course start date:
50% of the original course cost will be charged as a transfer fee.
No transfers is complete until you have received an email from me to confirm the transfer and you have paid the invoice for any fees due.
A course cannot be transferred or cancelled once any part of the training has started.
If a "Transfer" is agreed, it is only valid for 30 days from the originally booked date, after which the full invoice value will be charged again.
If a transfer is agreed and I have confirmed a new date, you then can not attend the new agreed date, the full invoice value will be charged again.
Cancellation rights will depend on whether you are a Consumer or a Business, all by email only.
If you are a "Consumer" i.e., you have purchased the course for wholly non-work-related reasons you may be entitled to a full refund if you are within the 14-day cooling off period.
This period starts from the date you receive my email confirming your booking.
If you have already started any elements of our course within the 14-day cooling off period, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you are a Business Customer, i.e., buying training services in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession:
Cancellation Fees:
By giving more than 4 weeks notice before the training course is due to commence:
A full refund of booking fee will be granted.
By giving between 2-4 weeks notice before the training course is due to commence:
50% of booking fee will be refunded
By giving less than 2 weeks notice before the training course is due to commence: No refund.
In all cases, notice of cancellation must be confirmed by email.
If a course is amended, transferred or cancelled no further refunds or course transfer options will be available.
Failure to turn up:
In all Cases: If a debt is not settled it will be passed to a debt retrieval company who will add their costs and interest to the debt.
E-Learning Courses:
You must supply "When booking" the email addresses for each/every person attending.
Once the invoice has been paid you/ those attending will receive an email from "Qualsafe Awards" inviting you/ those attending to enroll and complete the on-line element of this course.
The earliest that the enrolment email can be sent is: 2 weeks before the classroom date.
It is the person who booked the course that is responsible for letting me know that any one who is booked has not received the enrolling email.
There is a full welcoming tutorial, with everything clearly explained.
I politely remind that you/ those attending will need to have completed this in order to be able to attend your "Classroom Sessions".
If any part of the training is started, but not completed there are not refunds or transfer options.
If "I" have to Cancel "The Booking": In the event I have to cancel of a course, I agree to notify you at the very earliest opportunity by either phone/email.
If this was to happen, I agree to either fully reimburse in full the course fee or arrange a free transfer on to another mutually agreeable course.
I will not accept or pay for any other costs you may incur.
Certificates:
Under no circumstances will any certificate be released if the course fees have not been paid in full.
Force Majeure:
Where a course is cancelled due to Force Majeure (circumstances reasonably beyond the control of: Ashford First Aid Training Ltd e.g., war, riots, floods, epidemic, prolonged shortage of energy supply, explosions, strikes, lockouts, acts of state or government control impeding or prohibiting Ashford First Aid Training Ltd from performing its obligations Ashford First Aid Training Ltd will provide you with comparable training at the earliest mutually agreeable date. No refunds will be issued where courses are cancelled due to Force Majeure and No Transfer Fees will be charged.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed by the same payment method in which the original payment was made unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed by both parties. Refunds will be made in GBP (£) for the exact amount that was originally paid.
The Age, Fitness & Nature of Learner:
All Learners must be able to meet the following requirements:

Ashford First Aid Training Ltd will not refund Learners who attend any of our course who fail to meet these criteria.
A Learner who fails to meet the assessment criteria will be referred for further training at their own expense.
A Learner who does not fully participate in all elements of the training course will not receive a qualification certificate.
Learners that fail to attend the full teaching hours, fail to participate and do not pass all assessments fully, will be referred.
A referred learner will not be certificated.
To obtain certification all learners will be required to attend further training at their own cost.
It is your responsibility to select suitable persons to train to become first aiders in your workplace.
I reserve the right to refuse course entry or ask a Learner to leave a course if:
I have a Learner Agreement Policy that has to be read by every student prior to training, and to make Ashford First Aid Training Ltd aware of any special considerations that may need to take place.
Training Room Suitability
I complete a full written risk assessment of my training centre before any learners arrive for their course, any matters that require improvement we be made before you arrive.
When training at a client’s venue the Client agrees to provide a clean and safe area with adequate training space and ensure that the following resources available for the training to take place:
Complaints:
If there were to be a complaint alleged the person(s) who made the complaint should contact Martin Vass - Managing Director who will resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
On receipt of your complaint the matters raised will be investigated by our Quality Assessment Department to address the issues.
We feel that keeping our customers informed is vital and have in place a monitoring system to check progress.

Ashford First Aid Training Ltd will only process personal data to the extent reasonably required to enable it to supply the courses it runs.
All contact details that are supplied to Ashford First Aid Training Ltd will not be passed on to any third party.
